With over 20 years experience as a mortgage adviser, I specialise in complex income, overseas circumstances, high-value lending and cases requiring a bespoke approach. In 2023, I received the British Specialist Lending Award for “Broker: Complex Income.” Alongside advising clients, I work regularly with lenders in a consultancy capacity, contributing to specialist lending criteria, product development and underwriting processes. This experience helps me understand how lenders approach complex cases, present them clearly and engage constructively with the people making the decisions. Outside work, I am a keen musician and released a solo folk album in 2025. I also enjoy experimenting in the kitchen and acting as roadie for my drummer son and dancer daughter.
