I have worked in property and financial services for over 20 years and have personally arranged more than £1 billion of mortgage lending during my career. I set up ERG Finance with a simple aim: to provide good, straightforward mortgage advice with a genuinely personal service. I work with clients across all areas of mortgage finance, from residential mortgages and buy-to-let through to bridging, self-build, development finance and more complex high-value lending. A large part of my work involves cases that do not necessarily fit neatly with a high street lender. My approach is to understand the full picture, look at the options properly and find a solution that works for the client. For me, good mortgage advice is about much more than finding the lowest rate. It is about understanding what someone is trying to achieve, being available when needed and seeing the transaction through from the initial conversation to completion.
