Work with vetted and trusted Advisers

Based in the New Forest, I advise thoughtful individuals, families, and business owners on making confident, well-informed decisions about their wealth; bringing clarity, structure, and long-term direction. As the owner of Woodlands Financial Planning, I provide clear, independent advice tailored to those navigating complexity; whether that’s growing a business, managing significant assets, or planning for the efficient transfer of wealth. My clients often come to me at pivotal moments: following an inheritance, in the midst of business growth or exit planning, or when they want to take a more deliberate approach to building and preserving family wealth. I bring a calm, analytical perspective to help them cut through noise, make better decisions, and uncover opportunities others may overlook.

My name is Simon Lees and I specialise in helping business owners and recruitment professionals take control of their financial future. Many of my clients have spent years working hard to build successful careers and businesses but often haven't had the time to create a clear financial strategy. That's where I help. Through financial planning, cashflow modelling and ongoing coaching, I help clients answer important questions such as: When can I afford to retire? Am I saving enough? How can I reduce financial stress? What does financial independence look like for me? How can I make better decisions with my money? I believe financial planning should provide clarity, confidence and peace of mind. My goal is to help every client understand their options, make better financial decisions and focus on enjoying life rather than worrying about money. As an independent adviser, my recommendations are always based on what is right for my clients, not restricted products or providers.
