I’m Mike, a Mortgage and Later Life Lending Adviser based in Plymouth, with over 15 years’ experience in financial services. For me, good mortgage advice starts with getting to know the person, not just the numbers. Everyone’s circumstances are different, and I enjoy finding solutions for people whether they’re buying a home, remortgaging, looking to borrow later in life or have a situation that doesn’t quite fit the usual lending criteria. I have a particular passion for later life lending, including Retirement Interest Only mortgages and equity release, helping people understand their options and make decisions that feel right for them and their families. I like to keep things simple and straightforward. Mortgages can be complicated enough without unnecessary jargon, so I’ll explain what’s available, do the research and guide you through the process from start to finish.
