Senior Mortgage Adviser with a background in education and customer service, who has progressed through the mortgage industry from an administrative role to providing tailored mortgage advice. I joined Hitel Financial in 2021 as an Administrator, gaining insight into the mortgage process and developing a passion for helping clients navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. In 2024, I progressed into a Mortgage Adviser role and now work as a Senior Mortgage Adviser at the firm. I enjoy helping people achieve important milestones, whether buying their first home, moving house or securing a mortgage suited to their circumstances. I provide tailored advice and support throughout the mortgage journey, taking time to understand each client’s needs and making the process straightforward and stress-free. My teaching background has given me communication skills, helping me explain complex information clearly and ensure clients feel informed and supported.
